August 1st to July 31st. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of service, even though the NTA Benefit Trust Fund may have secondary coverage responsibility.
August 1st to July 31st. Glasses or contacts are obtainable once during every two-year cycle. The two-year vision cycle period begins August 1st of every even numbered year.

Official notices pertaining to the Benefit Trust Fund will be printed in the Benefit Trust Fund News. It is the member's responsibility to read both publications for Fund news and updates. In addition, rules for filing claims are printed on the claim form.
